2. Replacement of cutting fluid: including avoiding the selection of pure oil production fluid and high volatile oil, and reducing the content of waste oil;
3. Improve the use of cutting fluid: adjust its speed, reduce the selection of CNC tools into the liquid, and adjust the cutting fluid pressure;
4. Change the production and processing conditions: reduce the linear speed and avoid the use of damaged CNC tools. Because the linear speed has a great influence on the oil mist, it is necessary to choose a higher feeding speed instead of the linear speed to reduce the oil mist.
Oil mist control
Here, the engineering control of oil mist refers to the control method of oil mist in addition to the selection of oil mist collector or the addition of chemical substances. There are usually the following methods:
1. Reduce the intensive degree of production and processing work;
2. Improve the ventilation effect of industrial buildings;
3. Assemble the air passage or ventilation pipe in the problem area;
4. Assemble baffles around the machine to reduce splash;
5. Strengthen the control of the scope of the problem;
6. A special oil mist collector is assembled;
7. There is no need to close the liquid supply system;
8. Adjust the oil mist nozzle to control the oil mist at the lowest level;
